Where do I find my reference number?
It's in the SMS and on your order page. The outlet only needs the code and the reference.
What if my reference expired?
Place the order again and choose Fawry. You get a new reference straight away.
I paid but got no confirmation. What now?
Call 16280 with your reference number and we'll check it with Fawry.
