Technical delays are rare, and when they happen our team normally resolves them within one to two hours at most. If more time than that passes without a code, contact us and we will trace the order.

We send the code through three channels, so you have more than one way to reach it: by email, by SMS to the number on the order, and inside the Games 2 Egypt mobile app. If the email has not appeared, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us — that is where it usually is. The copy in the app stays available, so you can go back to it any time.

Buy the card that matches the region your account is registered to. This is the single most common mistake with digital cards. A PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo account is set to one country when it is created, and store credit only loads onto an account from that same region. The region is shown on every card product page before you buy. No. A UAE card only works on a UAE account, a US card only on a US account, and so on. The code will be rejected at redemption. Account regions cannot be changed after the account is created, and funds cannot be moved from one account to another once they are loaded. If you already own an account in one region, buy cards for that region rather than trying to switch.

To settle it quickly, send two screenshots: the error message you are seeing, and your transaction or redemption history on the platform. Our team reviews the case against our records and then proceeds with the right fix. Do not keep re-entering a code that is failing — send the screenshots and let us look at it.

Digital codes are generally non-refundable once purchased, because a code cannot be un-issued. There are two exceptions. If the problem is on our side — an invalid or non-working code — we handle it with a replacement or a refund. If you bought the wrong code by mistake, we may be able to help by reselling it to another customer; in that case the refund or replacement can only be processed after the code has actually been sold and redeemed, and it remains subject to approval and to the status of the code.

For PlayStation, funds do not expire: once a gift card is redeemed, the balance stays on the account until you spend it. Other platforms and promotional codes can carry their own validity periods, so check the card product page or the code itself. Our advice either way is simple — redeem the code onto your account as soon as you receive it, then spend the balance whenever you like.
