These additions join the Game Catalog, separate from the service’s Monthly Games selection.
PS Plus October mixes a crime adventure, machine hunting, cooperative shooting and toy-factory horror in its latest Game Catalog announcement. Sony has confirmed the featured additions for Extra and Premium members, bringing together very different kinds of action rather than building the update around a single genre.
Mafia: The Old Country
Follow Enzo Favara into Sicily’s criminal underworld in the 1900s. This third-person action adventure puts its story and the dangers of organised crime at the centre of the experience.
Horizon Forbidden West
Aloy explores an open world filled with dangerous machines. Its blend of exploration and tactical battles offers a different pace from the organised-crime drama elsewhere in the selection.
Mycopunk
A mission-based looter shooter about fighting fungal enemies, with cooperative play for up to 4 players. Robot exterminators and futuristic weapons give this addition a markedly different personality.
Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2
Head deeper into the Playtime Co. toy factory, where puzzles and hostile toys complicate the search for an escape. The horror setting trades open landscapes for the factory’s threatening surroundings.

Subscription and gameplay questions
Are Game Catalog games permanent additions to my collection?

Does Mycopunk support solo play?
Yes. Its official PlayStation page lists a single-player option, so a full team is not required to play.
Can Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2 be played offline?
Yes. Its official PlayStation listing confirms offline play.
