Two stories collide as a war on the Korean Peninsula threatens to ignite a wider global conflict.
Modern Warfare 4 brings together two military stories on a collision course. A young South Korean soldier faces his first experience of combat, while Captain Price operates outside official command to pursue a dangerous enemy. As their missions become connected, the stakes grow far beyond the front lines. This new chapter combines a tense military narrative with competitive battles and an extraction-based experience built around difficult decisions.
The Global Battlefields of Modern Warfare 4
- Korean Peninsula Fight through contested trenches and collapsing front lines as an invasion threatens South Korea.
- New York Enter dangerous close-quarters engagements where confined spaces demand careful positioning.
- Paris Experience high-speed pursuits that bring a different pace to the international conflict.
- Mumbai Take part in SAS night raids where darkness and controlled movement shape each encounter.
Three Ways to Experience the Conflict
Campaign
Experience a story spanning sixteen missions. Play as Private Park Hyun Jun and follow the separate investigation of John Price as the conflict escalates. The narrative focuses on soldiers facing extraordinary pressure, combining major military operations with more personal encounters.
Multiplayer
Compete in grounded first-person combat built around fluid movement, accurate weapon handling and player choice. Different battlegrounds support close-range engagements, objective-focused matches and larger conflicts involving infantry and vehicles.
DMZ
Enter the Hajin Exclusion Zone alone or with a squad. Search for valuable military technology, complete objectives and decide when to extract. Enemy threats, unpredictable encounters and persistent progression make each deployment a test of preparation and judgment.
