How ordering and paying works at Games 2 Egypt — every method we accept, and what happens after you place the order.
How do I place an order on Games 2 Egypt?
Find the product using search or the category menu, add it to your cart, then open the cart and select Continue to Checkout. You enter your shipping details, choose how you want to pay, and confirm. Once the order is placed you receive a confirmation, and our team prepares it. If you prefer, you can also order by calling 16280 and our team will place it for you.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. Checkout asks you to sign in or create an account before you reach the shipping step. It takes a moment — a phone number or email and a password — and it is what lets us tie the order to you, keep your address for next time, and reach you if anything needs confirming. If you already have an account, sign in before you start shopping and checkout will be quicker.
What payment methods do you accept?
All the common ones. You can pay by card — Visa, Mastercard, debit or credit. You can pay through Fawry with a reference number. You can pay from a mobile wallet: Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash or Etisalat. You can pay in installments through a long list of apps and banks. And you can pay cash on delivery. Whichever you choose, the price is the same.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on orders delivered by our own Games 2 Egypt couriers, and also on orders shipped through Bosta and Mylerz. For Bosta and Mylerz deliveries there is a ceiling: cash on delivery is available on orders up to EGP 20,000. Above that amount you would pay by one of the other methods before the order ships.
Is paying by card online safe?
Card payments are handled on the secure payment page of our payment provider, not on our own servers, and your card details are entered there. If you would rather not pay by card at all, cash on delivery, Fawry and mobile wallets are all available and equally valid.
Can I pay with Fawry or a mobile wallet?
Yes to both. Choosing Fawry gives you a reference number that you pay at any Fawry outlet. Mobile wallets are supported for Vodafone, Orange and Etisalat. Both are useful if you do not have a card or prefer not to use one online. Once the payment is confirmed, the order continues normally.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, on orders of EGP 1,000 or more. Installment plans run through apps and through banks, and the available period depends on which you use: bank plans start at 6 months and go up to 24 months, while app plans can start at 1 month and extend to 60 months. You choose the provider and the period at checkout.
Which installment providers do you work with?
Through apps: valU, Contact, Tru, Forsa, Aman, Seven7, Souhoola and Mogo (EasyKash). Through banks: Mashreq, Emirates NBD, Banque du Caire, KFH, SAIB, NBK, Banque Misr, NXT Bank, Al Waafa, CIB, Al Ahly Bank, ADIB and Al Baraka. Note that we do not currently work with blnk or Klivvr, whatever you may have seen elsewhere.
Are there extra fees for paying in installments?
Usually yes — installment plans carry administrative fees plus interest, and the amount depends on the provider and the period you pick. There is one exception worth knowing: the CIB 6-month plan carries no fees at all. If you are comparing options, ask us on 16280 or on WhatsApp and we will walk you through what each provider will cost on your specific order.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
An invoice is issued automatically for every order. If you need a company tax invoice, you must request it and give us the company details while creating the order — before the invoice is issued. We cannot convert a normal invoice into a tax invoice afterwards, so if you need one, say so up front.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel at any time. If the order has already gone out for delivery, either contact us or simply refuse to receive the shipment from the courier, and it comes back to us. If you need to change something in the order rather than cancel it — a different item, a different quantity — contact us on 16280 as early as you can and we will see what is still possible.
