Prices, offers & pre-orders

Several things move at once. Console and game prices in Egypt are tied to import costs and the exchange rate, so when those move, local prices follow. Publishers also change their own pricing over a title''s life — a game that launched at full price usually drops over the months after release. On top of that, seasonal sales and our own offers push prices down for limited periods.

Compare, and compare like with like. Check whether the listing is new or pre-owned, whether it is a Standard or a Deluxe edition, and whether it includes a warranty and after-sales support. A lower number from a seller with no warranty, no branches and no repair service is not the same product on the same terms. If you have found a lower price somewhere and want us to look at it, send it to us.

We always try to price competitively, and if you find a lower price elsewhere you are welcome to share it with us for review. Price matching is not guaranteed, though — it depends on the product, the seller, whether the item is actually in stock there, and what offers are already running on our side.

You reserve the title in advance and pay nothing up front. Payment happens when you receive the product. Reserving costs you nothing and guarantees you a place in the queue.

Yes. Since you have not paid anything, cancelling costs you nothing — contact us and we will remove the reservation.

That is the target, and customers who pre-ordered are served before customers who did not. Delivery or pickup is usually around the official release time, and sometimes earlier when the publisher, developer or official agent allows it. Shipping delays outside our control can occasionally push it, but a pre-order puts you at the front of the line either way.

On our offers page, which is where active discounts are collected. Our social media channels carry offers too, often the time-limited ones, so following them is worthwhile if you are waiting for a specific title to drop in price.

Yes. The price you see on the website is the price in the branch. There is no online-only markup and no branch-only markup — you can check a price here and walk into a branch expecting the same number.
